So you want to be in the Pumpernickel business? Good choice, we want to be in the you business! Here’s the long and short of what we have to offer our sales team and what the job entails.
Everyone signed up as a salesperson under the Pumpernickel banner is a free agent- put in as many hours as you’d like, and tackle the bull by the horns from whichever angle you please. We’ll provide you with information on the services we offer, marketing materials and guidelines for approaching potential clientele. You provide your sparkling self, and using all our powers combined we ideally end up with a tidy commission-based structure that nets you 20% of any sales you bring in.
We are not an MLM or pyramid scheme, so it’s strictly work in, money out. There is no call to sign up new salespeople under you, and you will never be expected to pay any fees. You’ll be an independent contractor under Pumpernickel Media, and we’ll provide a contract to protect both your interests and ours.

The most important question is, of course, how do I get paid?
We’re invested in building a strong team of salespeople, and we want to make sure you’re getting a fair deal.
Each project referred to us that results in a sale pays out a 20% referring commission. In the case of retainer sales that are billed to a client monthly, the commission is paid out for 3 months after signing.
If a project is accepted and the sale is made, we’ll be responsible for billing the client. We chase down deposits, you just enjoy your sweet, sweet 20%.
We’ll sign you on for a 6 month contract, during which you have no obligations to meet a minimum quota, and our only requirement is that you use our guidelines and marketing materials to maintain that irresistible sheen of professionalism.
